Teen Therapy
Being a teenager is hard. Emotions can feel big, school and social pressure can pile up, and it’s not always easy to talk about what’s really going on. I provide a safe, supportive space for teens (ages 13+) to be themselves and talk openly without judgment.
I work alongside teens to help them manage stress and anxiety, build confidence, improve communication, and better understand their emotions. Therapy doesn’t have to feel scary or awkward—it can be a place to feel heard, supported, and understood.
Parents are an important part of the process, and I strive to balance parental involvement with a teen’s need for trust and privacy. If your teen could use extra support, I’d love to help.
