I’m passionate about working with women who are ready to explore the deeper connections between their emotional and physical experiences. I support clients navigating chronic health conditions, persistent pain, or ongoing medical uncertainty who are seeking greater balance, self-understanding, and compassion for themselves along the way.

I also work with women experiencing anxiety—whether connected to health concerns, life transitions, or long-standing stress patterns—and help them develop practical tools and insight to feel more grounded, resilient, and empowered in their daily lives. Together, we create space to process the emotional impact of living in a body that feels unpredictable while building coping strategies that support both mental and physical well-being.
Chronic Health Support Group
For those seeking community with in the chronic illness space, I offer a virtual therapy group. Groups run in 6 week increments and are a closed group.
There is still time to sign up for the group. We are doing a rolling registration. This means we will officially launch the group once we have three committed members. The plan is to start May 6th, but we will start once we have a minimum of three members.
